• You may not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.

2. User-Generated Content & Copyright Policy
• You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the App.
• You confirm that you own or have permission to share any content you upload.
• We do not verify the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of user uploads.
• If you believe content infringes your copyright, please report it via reporting system in-app or contact us at support@moviemageek.com. We will review and take action as necessary.

3. Content Moderation & Reporting
• We allow users to report inappropriate or harmful content within the App.
• We review reported content and may remove, suspend, or ban content or accounts violating our policies.
• Users who repeatedly upload copyrighted, harmful, or illegal content may be permanently banned.

4. Account and Data
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
• We collect and store your email and device information for security and functionality.
• You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@moviemageek.com.

5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
• Upload copyrighted material without permission.
• Post offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Share fraudulent or misleading links.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App.

6. Disclaimer of Liability
• The App is provided “as is” without warranties.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or legality of user content.
• We are not responsible for any damages from using the App or relying on user content.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.
